Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Atlanta to deliver warm hospitality from registration to checkout. You will guide guests, provide resort information, quote room rates, and confirm reservations while handling transactions and maintaining accuracy.

You’ll balance cash, respond to inquiries, and support a fast-paced environment with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the registration process and issue unit keys.
• Provide information about the resort and area attractions; quote room rates and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures and balance cash receipts.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and completely.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
