Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, complete registrations, and ensure a smooth check-out experience. You will handle payments, provide information about local attractions, and maintain guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math skills, and the ability to input information accurately in a computer system.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma preferred.
Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform math calculations accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in using a computer system and input information.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and register them efficiently, providing prompt service.
Input guest information, confirm details, and issue room keys and vouchers.
Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and balance the house bank.
Answer phones promptly and convey information clearly to guests.
Close guest accounts at checkout and ensure guest satisfaction.
Address guest complaints with effective problem solving and escalation when needed.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
Assist other front desk team members as required.
Perform related duties requested by supervision.
