Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, register arrivals, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will input guest data, assign rooms, process payments, and close accounts at checkout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and calculator skills for cashiering.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register arrivals promptly and courteously.
• Input guest information into the hotel computer system and assign rooms.
• Process payments, post charges, and balance the house bank.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional stay.
