Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a front desk associate to greet guests, register arrivals, and ensure a seamless payment process. You will operate the computer system to input guest data, assign rooms, and post charges to guest accounts, while maintaining a courteous, hotel-wide service standard.

The role requires clear English communication, basic math and cash handling, and the ability to stand and work across busy front desk areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to input information using a computer system.
• Ability to read, listen to and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and register them efficiently.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the computer system.
• Post charges to guest rooms and handle payments accurately.
• Answer the phone promptly and communicate clearly.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues per policy.
