You will handle payments, answer inquiries, and work with the team to resolve guest concerns, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced lobby environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; equivalent combinations acceptable.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use a calculator for moderately complex math.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them, ensuring courteous service and accurate information.
• Input guest data into the computer system and manage check-in/check-out process.
• Verify payment methods, post charges, and balance the house bank as required.
• Answer phone calls with clear English and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve guest issues according to established guidelines and escalate when needed.
