Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Clerk to greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will communicate clearly, handle payments, and assist guests with information and local attractions.

The role requires standing for long periods, accuracy with transactions, and teamwork in a 24/7 hotel environment. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle guests calmly.
• Proficient in using a computer, basic math, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with prompt, courteous service.
• Close guest accounts and ensure guest satisfaction at checkout.
• Input and retrieve information using computer systems and code room keys as needed.
• Handle payments, verify credit cards, and post charges to guest accounts.
