Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Miami Beach to warmly welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and handle inquiries with professionalism. The role includes coordinating concierge requests, processing payments, and sharing information on amenities and room options to improve guest experience.

The candidate should be a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced club environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar or customer service role.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Familiar with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets or Opera.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as the first point of contact.
• Handle concierge duties (cars, reservations, tickets).
• Process emails and print/scan documents for guests.
• Communicate updates on hours, restrictions and workflows across departments.
• Manage billing inquiries and receipts; secure lost cards.
• Explain Soho House amenities and room options to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with valet and bell staff as needed.
• Participate in daily shift briefings.
