You will handle bookings, inquiries, and billing while coordinating with bell staff and other departments to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, both face-to-face and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members, guests and staff.
• Perform concierge duties including bookings and reservations.
• Manage inquiries via emails and portals and process documents.
• Inform departments about hours, restrictions and workflow changes.
• Handle billing inquiries, receipts, and refunds.
