Soho House & Co is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Miami Beach to welcome members and hotel guests, handle check-ins and inquiries, and balance cash at shift end. You will be versed in property layout, amenities, and F&B options to elevate the guest experience.

The role requires a hospitable, proactive multi-tasker who remains professional in fast-paced environments and can manage bookings, emails, and onsite requests with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Ability to multi-task, handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and/or Opera.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented with clear written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for members, guests and staff with top-notch service.
• Perform concierge duties: car bookings, show tickets, restaurant and spa reservations.
• Handle emails, print/scan documents, and coordinate room check-ins (hotel).
• Update hours, restrictions and workflows by communicating with departments daily.
• Manage accounting inquiries, folios, disputes, billing, receipts, refunds and lost cards.
• Discuss amenities, room types, rates and availability to increase revenue.
• Coordinate valet and luggage storage through bell staff or butler.
• Participate in daily shift briefings and maintain professional phone etiquette.
