Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries.
• Familiarity with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets or Opera.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, ensuring a welcoming check-in.
• Perform concierge tasks: car bookings, tickets, reservations.
• Handle emails and print/scan documents for guests in rooms.
• Communicate updates across departments to maintain workflow.
• Manage folios, disputes, billing and receipts; secure lost cards.
