Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Miami to welcome members and hotel guests, manage check-ins, and assist with restaurant and spa inquiries. You will handle payments, balance cash, and stay informed on house policies while providing warm, professional service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in a similar role, strong multitasking and communication skills, and familiarity with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Opera. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar front desk or customer service role.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, phones and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Familiar with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Opera systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for members, guests and staff with courteous service.
• Perform concierge duties including car bookings, show tickets, reservations, etc.
• Answer emails and inquiries; print/scan documents for room guests.
• Stay informed on hours, restrictions and workflow changes communicated daily.
• Handle billing inquiries and receipts, maintain cash balance at shift end.
• Discuss Soho House amenities and room availability to boost guest experience.
• Coordinate with valet and luggage services; participate in shift briefings.
