Soho House & Co. in Miami is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome members and hotel guests, manage check-ins, process payments, and handle inquiries with outstanding hospitality.

You will be well-versed in property layout, amenities, and services, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations. The role requires a hospitable, proactive, multi-tasking professional capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar role or customer service/facing role.
• Ability to multi-task, answer high-volume phone lines and inquiries professionally (face to face).
• Detail oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in members and hotel guests, and assist with rooming and inquiries.
• Handle payments and balance cash at end of shift.
• Coordinate with departments on hours, reservations and policy updates.
• Assist with concierge duties such as car bookings, tickets, restaurant and spa reservations.
• Manage emails and inquiries via digital portals and print/scan documents for guests.
• Provide information on Soho House amenities, rates and room availability to optimize guest experience.
• Direct support to valet and luggage storage teams and participate in shift briefings.
