OTO Development is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and support daily hotel operations. You will manage the reservation system and related software to ensure smooth workflows and accurate transactions, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Anticipate guests’ needs and maximize the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a hospitable, customer-focused environment.
