Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a friendly, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and special requests. This role emphasizes service excellence and a positive, proactive approach.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Mansioni

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-outs, check-ins; review front office paperwork and reports.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, close sales, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels; maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; ensure supplies are stocked across the property.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
• Emergency Procedures: know and follow property emergency procedures; ensure security needs are met.
