This paid role emphasizes hospitality expertise and guest satisfaction. The position involves coordinating with housekeeping and security, delivering local information, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong background in hospitality front desk operations or concierge services.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse guests.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA.
• Excellent customer service with problem-solving focus.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and hotel emergency protocols.
• Excellent phone communication and etiquette.
• Night audit experience is a plus for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out using PMS like OPERA.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person with strong etiquette.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety.
