Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Associate in San Diego to greet and register guests and ensure a welcoming stay. You will input guest data, confirm room rates, code keys, and process payments while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to operate a computer system; high school diploma preferred and hospitality experience a plus. On-site position with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use a calculator and perform basic math.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfort with inputting and retrieving data in a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and check guests in.
• Complete registration and verify information, room rate and guests.
• Code keys, process payments, post charges to accounts.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close guest accounts at check-out and resolve issues per guidelines.
