The position involves handling calls, assisting guests, and resolving issues while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to perform moderately complex arithmetic using a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them promptly, ensuring accuracy of information and room rate.
• Process registrations, code keys, and balance house accounts; handle various payment forms.
• Answer phones professionally and relay messages; assist guests during check-out.
• Resolve guest issues in line with policy, escalating when needed.
• Maintain safety procedures and assist in emergencies; keep front desk area orderly.
