Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Associate in San Diego where you will greet guests, register arrivals, and help ensure a memorable stay in a 24/7 operation. You will handle payments, issue room keys, and manage guest accounts with accuracy and courtesy.

Role requires strong English communication, basic math, and comfort with hotel software. The team emphasizes proactive service and adherence to safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with computer systems and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Complete the registration process and process payments; issue room keys.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; balance house bank and handle vouchers.
• Answer telephone and relay messages with clear English communication.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Field guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
• Assist other front desk personnel as needed.
