You will greet guests, guide them through registration, issue keys, and answer questions about the resort and area attractions. You will quote room rates, process payments, balance cash, and manage checkout procedures with accuracy and courtesy.

You’ll respond to guest inquiries promptly, maintain a professional appearance, and support a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to guide guests through registration and checkout processes.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities
