In this role you will quote room rates, process cash and credit card transactions, balance receipts, issue keys, and respond promptly to guest inquiries, delivering warm hospitality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist from registration to checkout.
• Provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Issue unit keys and guide guests through registration.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries.
