Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with registration and checkout, and provide information about the resort and local attractions. You will handle room rate quotes, reservations, and guest inquiries with a friendly, service-driven approach.

Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, capable of handling cash and card transactions, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests from registration to checkout with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges on guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
