You’ll balance cash, handle inquiries, and share information about the resort and local attractions, delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes hospitality with heart, teamwork, and accurate cash handling while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication in English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money handling responsibilities.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
