Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout. You will help maximize room occupancy, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other hotel operations.

The position requires strong communication and multitasking, flexible hours, and the ability to stand for shifts. Full-time on-site work includes comprehensive benefits as described in the job posting.

Qualifikationen

• College course work in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Light work - ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome guests at Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests/meeting rooms.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts courteously and efficiently.
• Know rate plans, promotions, and in-house groups.
