Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service at the front desk for guests checking in, staying, and checking out. You will respond to inquiries, assist with reservations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires friendly communication, the ability to multitask, and a professional appearance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at check-in, during stay and at checkout.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Must be proficient with Front Desk computer system and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Manage PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Assist guests with information on local restaurants, transportation and entertainment.
• Balance and prepare paperwork for shift closeout according to hotel procedure.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, promotions, and in-house groups.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
