Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide attentive service during check-in, stay and checkout. You will manage inquiries, assist with packages, and ensure accurate registration and billing at a bustling front desk.

The role requires a courteous demeanor, customer focus, and ability to multitask. A High School diploma and computer skills are required; hotel experience is preferred. The position is hourly and based at our property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and front desk systems.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork per hotel standards.
• Provide information on restaurants, transportation and local activities.
