Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver outstanding guest service and support Front Office operations. You will manage check-ins/outs, assist with room inventory, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure a seamless guest journey.

The role emphasizes personalized service, attention to brand standards, and proactive problem solving, with opportunities to upsell and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year hospitality or related experience preferred.
• Previous hotel front desk or reservations experience preferred.
• Experience with Marriott systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Manage room inventory and coordinate arrivals with housekeeping and engineering.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest folios and process payments per policy.
• Document guest interactions and service recovery efforts accurately.
