Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive and courteous service from check-in through checkout. You will maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, tours, and requests with professionalism.

The role requires flexible hours, computer and communication skills, and a warm demeanor to ensure a superior guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• College coursework in related field helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Balance shift paperwork and assist with packages, mail and messages to guests.
