Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest service and support Front Office operations. You will manage check-ins/outs, assist with room inventory, and coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to ensure a smooth guest journey.

Ideal candidates bring a year of hospitality experience, strong communication, and a passion for guest satisfaction. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with proficiency in Opera PMS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Marriott systems and brand standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery opportunities.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment and hotel upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a positive and engaging guest experience throughout each interaction.
