Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while maximizing room revenue. The role requires greeting guests, answering inquiries, handling reservations, and supporting operations at the Front Desk with a professional demeanor.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, hotel experience preferred, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups, rates, packages and promotions.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times and provide courteous service.
