Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in front desk or guest service preferred.
• Able to handle cash and operate basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments.
• Provide local insights and upsell where appropriate.
• Address guest questions, requests and concerns.
• Record guest preferences and coordinate with teams as needed.
