Job summary

You will acknowledge rewards members, handle bookings, and upsell opportunities while maintaining a professional, guest-focused presence.

Flexible night/weekend shifts and a strong emphasis on safety, appearance, and brand representation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Clear and courteous guest communication.
• Strong problem-solving to turn issues into memorable experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages welcome.
• Tech-literate with basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Handle bookings and upsell opportunities while informing guests about upgrades.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Provide local knowledge and assist with questions; escalate when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents; support the team as required.
• Stay apprised of daily events and act as a brand ambassador.
