Job summary

Holiday Inn Express is seeking a Guest Service Agent to check guests in and out, handle reservations, and assist with information requests. You will ensure high standards of hospitality, process payments, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to handle guest concerns, and availability for varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Training will be provided to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Post guest charges and process payments.
• Take reservations and manage room assignments and availability.
• Maintain lobby/desk area and follow cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Communicate information to staff via pass-on logs.
• Support sales leads and promote hotel services.
