Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Front Office/Guest Services team member to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and promote hotel services. You will assist guests, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about local attractions and hotel amenities.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests and staff, in person or by phone.
• Strong customer-relations skills with a total commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle guests when upset and resolve issues promptly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; accurate input of information into computer systems.
• Experience with cashiering or basic accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and assist as needed.
• Register guests efficiently and manage check-in/check-out according to preferences.
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities, rates, and local attractions.
