Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with housekeeping for a seamless stay. You will handle reservations, provide information on local attractions, and respond to inquiries with a courteous, solution-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out, verify reservation details, and handle payments.
• Provide guests with room information and hotel amenities.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and address special requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain guest records, registrations, and billing information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressed.
