Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy. You will manage reservations, provide information on services, and address guest needs to ensure a positive stay.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining professional service every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/out, verify reservations, and process payments.
• Provide room and hotel information; assist with bookings and changes.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Resolve issues or escalate to management as needed.
• Perform nightly tasks, maintain records, and assist with reports.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
