Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to be the primary contact for guests on arrival and during their stay. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, answer guest inquiries, handle reservations, and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms, resolve issues with empathy, and provide recommendations on local dining and attractions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle various guest requests and administrative duties.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations, billing, and guest information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out; verify reservations and process payments.
• Manage room reservations and changes; coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide guest information about hotel services and local attractions; respond to inquiries.
• Resolve guest issues with empathy and escalate to management when needed.
• Complete guest registration forms, billing information, and nightly reports.
