Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests, verify reservations, and process payments.
• Handle guest inquiries, respond to calls and emails professionally.
