Sincere Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage the check-in/check-out process with professionalism and care.

You will handle calls and inquiries, maintain records in the PMS, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience. Benefits include vacation time and hotel discounts; weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a quality check-in and checkout experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with discretion and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records and use hotel systems for reservations and guest services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
