European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals.

You will coach, mentor, and develop talent, manage shifts, and drive KPIs such as net sales, service dollars per guest, and retail conversion. A strong emphasis on brand standards and visual presentation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists on floor to deliver exceptional wax experiences.
• Own center performance and meet or exceed sales, service, and retail goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent within 30 days for open positions.
• Execute training to reinforce sales, service, and product knowledge.
• Maintain clean, organized center and compliant operations.
