European Wax Center seeks a Center Manager to lead a high-performing guest services and wax specialist team. You will drive guest experiences, sales, and retail performance while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules and inventory, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication and coaching abilities.

Qualifications

• Leads guest experience at the center with focus on memorable, elevated visits.
• Drives sales, service and retail goals using KPI data.
• Recruits and mentors staff; maintains talent pipeline and 30-day fills.
• Coaches teams on product knowledge and service excellence.
• Oversees visual merchandising and brand presentation per standards.
• Manages schedules, labor, inventory, and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the center, coach a high-performing team on floor.
• Meet or exceed net sales, service dollars per guest, and conversions.
• Communicate goals daily, weekly, monthly to the team.
• Coach toward training programs, product knowledge, and sales skills.
• Maintain brand standards, planograms, cleanliness, and stock levels.
