European Wax Center seeks a Center Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an elevated guest experience. You will coach Wax Specialists and Guest Service Associates, drive sales and KPI performance, and ensure brand standards on the floor.

You will recruit, train, and retain top talent while managing scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximize guest satisfaction and urgency in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading guest-service teams in service-focused retail or salon environments.
• Track record of achieving sales, service, and retail goals using KPIs.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performance staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the center to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Drive sales, service, and retail performance through KPI analysis.
• Manage staffing, floor coverage, and operations for peak performance.
