Qualificações

• Experience leading a retail service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Able to manage schedules and store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead center operations to deliver exceptional guest experience and meet financial goals.
• Coach and mentor Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals; monitor KPIs.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and product levels; ensure brand standards.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven culture and provide timely feedback.
