European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Manager to lead all aspects of a center, delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals.

This role coaches a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards. The Center Manager leads from the floor, engages guests and staff, and is accountable for performance, culture, and results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of the center to deliver guest excellence and hit financial and operational goals.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Model guest-service behaviors and build trust, loyalty, and referrals.
• Manage scheduling and labor to maximize sales opportunities.
• Drive KPIs such as Net Sales, Service Dollars per Guest, and Retail Conversion.
