European Wax Center, Inc. seeks a Center Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting financial and operational goals. You will coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards and a positive, results-driven culture.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive guest satisfaction, sales, and retail performance, oversee scheduling and training, and maintain visual and operational excellence across the center.

Formación

• Experience leading a consumer-facing service team and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to coach staff, develop talent, and drive a high-performance culture.
• Strong track record in achieving sales, service, and retail KPI goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of the center to deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial results.
• Coach and mentor Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists on services, products, and brand standards.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals; monitor KPIs and take action to optimize performance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training programs, and talent development.
• Manage visual merchandising, store cleanliness, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Foster a positive, ownership-driven culture and partner with leadership to implement improvements.
