Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will balance service quality with sales goals, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards across the center.

You will use KPIs to enhance guest retention, improve retail conversions, and ensure a positive, results-driven culture while maintaining safety and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales, service, and retail goals.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills.
• Experience maintaining brand standards and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the center to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Achieve financial and operational goals, manage schedules and inventory.
• Use KPIs to drive decisions and optimize labor, conversions, and retention.
• Maintain brand presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
