European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead all aspects of the center, delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals. This leadership role coaches a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards, operational excellence, and a positive, results-driven culture.

The Center Manager will lead from the floor, engage with guests and associates, and be accountable for performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Leads guest experience to deliver welcoming, memorable visits.
• Coaches team to execute brand standards and sell services/products.
• Drives KPIs to meet or exceed sales, service, and retail goals.
• Manages schedules, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintains visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience with a welcoming, elevated visit.
• Coach associates to become experts in packages, services, and retail products.
• Own center performance and meet sales, service, and retail goals.
• Communicate goals and use KPIs to drive decisions.
• Provide feedback and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and develop frontline talent.
• Maintain brand standards, training, and product knowledge.
• Oversee operations, inventory, labor, and safety policies.
