European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead all aspects of a center, delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals. You will coach a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards and a positive, results-driven culture.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, engagement with guests and associates, and accountability for performance, culture, and results across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Leads and mentors a high-performing Guest Service team.
• Drives sales, service, and retail goals using KPI data.
• Recruits, interviews, and retains top talent.
• Ensures brand standards and brand presentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead center performance and meet/exceed sales, service, and retail goals.
• Manage shifts and floor coverage to maximize opportunities.
• Communicate goals daily, weekly, monthly to the team.
• Coach and mentor associates for performance and growth.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are followed.
• Oversee inventory, minimize loss and ensure product levels.
• Maintain safety standards and policy compliance.
• Foster guest loyalty and referrals through service excellence.
• Develop talent pipeline and fill openings within 30 days.
