European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead all aspects of a busy, guest-focused center. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise staff on service delivery, and ensure financial and operational targets are met.

You will coach teams on product knowledge, upselling, and brand standards while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and efficient work environment. A strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Leads guest experience initiatives and coaches team on service excellence.
• Drives center sales, service, and retail goals using KPI data.
• Recruits, mentors, and retains top talent and builds a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensures brand standards, visual merchandising, and clean, guest-ready centers.
• Manages schedules, inventory, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor presence and guest engagement to deliver memorable experiences.
• Communicate goals and performance metrics to staff regularly.
• Coach associates to maximize product knowledge and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain brand presentation and ensure center is clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, and daily tasks to meet business needs.
• Foster a culture of learning and accountability with feedback and development plans.
