Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

In this role you will greet guests, handle room assignments, answer questions, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping. Prior hotel experience is welcome but not required, and flexible availability including weekends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations.

• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
