Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and support daily front desk operations. You will help create memorable stays through friendly service, efficient problem solving, and proactive guest assistance in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and communication skills, a positive professional presence, and comfort with hotel systems.

• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and escape concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
